• Used as a dairy industry cleaner and general purpose cleaner, Biocel’s Kingdom 90 is a nitric acid detergent incorporating sulphamic acid for extra detergency. This highly effective cheese mould detergent provides excellent removal of cheese residues, while also ensuring non-sticking as cheese exits the mould after pressing.
