Product Availability
Stock availability cannot be guaranteed. If your goods are in stock the order will be shipped in order to reach you within 5 working days. Once you have placed an order with Deeside Agri. Services Ltd. an email will be sent to you confirming your order details. It is important that you give us a valid email address so you can receive this emails. Deeside Agri. Services Ltd. is not responsible for missed communication due to incorrect contact details being submitted.

Deeside Agri. Services Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our absolute discretion. Whilst we try to ensure that prices are accurate, we reserve the right to correct the prices if we discover an error. In this event, you will be entitled to cancel your order or re-confirm it at the correct price. Cancellation of orders, given the nature of electronic commerce, is not possible online. If you would wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched please contact us on 041 6863524. If you are unhappy with your goods once they have arrived you are entitled to return them for a refund or replacement. Please check the order confirmation screen carefully before completing your order.

Price of Goods
The price listed on the website for products will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price listed on the website without notice. These changes may be to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, a promotional price change, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error the price for the products on the website is wrong.

Free carriage will apply to all orders of €80.00 or over (net invoice value). On orders less than €80.00 and less than 30kg in weight the charge will be €5.95. We will endeavour to deliver the products to you within 5 working days of your order within the island of Ireland, where this is practical. Please ensure you check your items upon delivery.  Products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the product/s. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products. At the time of delivery you may be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the products, after which time the products become your sole responsibility.

Returns Policy
All purchases can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. The cost of the return including all packaging and freight lies solely with the consumer. All damages must be reported to us via phone or email within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Purchases may be opened for inspection but must not be used and must be repackaged securely in the original packaging if you wish to return them.

If we discover goods have been used or there has been a loss in value of the goods due to damage to the goods, while in your care or whilst being returned to us, we will reduce the amount refunded, which may amount to the full cost of the product, to cover loss of value of goods.

We accept no responsibility for goods damaged or lost while in transit to us. If you wish to begin the return process, please email us at and ensure the following information is included in your email: your name, phone number, order number, the item you wish to return, reason for return and if the product is damaged we require photos of the product. Once you have sent us all required information a member of our team will assess your claim and will contact you as soon as possible.

Please hold off on returning products until a member of our team has called you to confirm. All returns must be the complete product which includes boxes, manuals and accessories that may have been include with the order. All returns must be packaged appropriately for shipping, we will not accept responsibility for damages or loss which occur during shipping of a return product. Return address is Deeside Agri.
